Registration:
Registration fees include attendance to all activities, including recreational trips, dinner, and hospitality during the conference days, as well as review and publication fees in a specialized SCOPUS-indexed journal. (Hotel accommodation fees are not included).

The General Secretariat of the Arab Union for Astronomy and Space Sciences and the University of Sharjah provide a limited number of grants to support researchers and students in paying the registration fees, according to conditions set by the organizing committee.
